You have the right to obtain from Cook's Bay Hotel & Suites confirmation as to whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if so, the right to access your personal data.
Upon request, Cook's Bay Hotel & Suites will provide you with a copy of your personal data being processed free of charge. The provision of other requested copies may incur an administrative fee.

RESPONSE TIME
Any request for the communication, portability, rectification, deletion or opposition to the processing of your personal data must be accompanied by a photocopy of a signed, valid identity document and state the address at which Cook's Bay Hotel & Suites may contact the applicant.
Cook's Bay Hotel & Suites undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other additional request for information within a reasonable period of time, which may not exceed one month from the date of receipt of your request.
VIOLATIONS OF PERSONAL DATA
